I have used mine a few dozen times. After it died, I sent it into Makita. They quickly repaired it and returned it, free of charge. It now works, but the 4-in-1 gears never meshed right, and I can tell (audible que) that the repaired tool is no better.Basically tools in this price/voltage range have high expectations.
